Questions?

Still stuck? Email support@passpose.com. We reply within one business day.

Do my baby's eyes have to be open?

Not all the way. The State Department says it's okay if a baby's eyes are not entirely open. Older children need their eyes open.

How do I take it?

Lay your baby on a plain white or off-white sheet, or cover a car seat with one. Shoot from straight above. No one else can be in the photo, so keep your hands out of the shot.

Is the check really free?

Yep. You see every rule checked and a preview of your photo before you pay a cent. You only pay to download.

What if my photo gets rejected?

We check it against the State Department's own rules, but they make the final call. If they reject a photo that passed our check, you get your money back.

Do you edit my photo?

Nope. We crop it to size, and that's it. Edited photos, including AI touch-ups and swapped backgrounds, get rejected.

Do you upload my photo?

No. The check runs right on your phone or computer. We never see your photo.

Ready when you are

It's free to try. You only pay when your photo passes.
