What PassPose does

PassPose helps you take your own photo for a US passport, visa, or green card application. It checks the photo against the published rules of the US Department of State or USCIS and gives you the photo file and a print sheet. PassPose is an independent service. It is not part of any government. The office that receives your application makes the final decision about your photo.

What you buy

• A one-time payment for 1, 2, or 4 people. There is no subscription.
• For each person: the checked photo file, a 4×6 inch print sheet, and free retakes.
• You see the checked photo before you pay.

Our guarantee

If a passport, visa, or immigration office rejects a photo that passed our check, we refund you in full. If you prefer, you can take a new photo for free instead. Send us the rejection notice within 90 days of your purchase. We do not refund government fees, and we do not guarantee that a passport or visa is issued or how long processing takes. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law.

Other refunds

If the download does not work, or you paid twice by mistake, write to us and we will fix it or refund you. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with.

Payment

Link, a Stripe service, sells the order to you and processes the payment. Your statement shows a charge from LINK.COM. Sales tax may be added at checkout, depending on where you live. You see the total before you pay.

Your part

• Use a recent, original photo of the person who applies. Do not edit it.
• Confirm the points we cannot check by camera, such as glasses and head coverings, honestly.
• Print the sheet at its real size, with no cropping or scaling.
