Questions?
Still stuck? Email support@passpose.com. We reply within one business day.
How many photos do I need?
Two identical ones for Form I-485. The print sheet has enough. Write your name and A-Number, if you have one, lightly on the back in pencil.
Is it the same as a passport photo?
Same size and same measurements: 2×2 inches, white or off-white background. USCIS calls it a passport-style photo.
Is the check really free?
Yep. You see every rule checked and a preview of your photo before you pay a cent. You only pay to download.
What if my photo gets rejected?
We check it against USCIS's own rules, but they make the final call. If they reject a photo that passed our check, you get your money back.
Do you edit my photo?
Nope. We crop it to size, and that's it. Edited photos, including AI touch-ups and swapped backgrounds, get rejected.
Do you upload my photo?
No. The check runs right on your phone or computer. We never see your photo.
Ready when you are
It's free to try. You only pay when your photo passes.
